Rosh Hashanah Recipes- 2025

A round-up of some of my favorite mains, sides and desserts to bring to your holiday table, whether you’re celebrating with a small crowd or large.

It’s that time of year where jews around the world are gearing up for another holiday season, where we have multiple dinners and lunches to plan around each holiday. We’re days away from the Rosh Hashanah, aka the Jewish New Year. I rounded up a few of my favorite mains, sides, salads, and desserts to help simplify your menu for this holiday season.

Even though I won’t be hosting any meals this year, I put together all of the recipes throughout this post to give inspiration to anyone who will be hosting a holiday meal. I love to elevate my meals with fun & flavorful side dishes, and brighten up my dishes with tons of fresh herbs.

I hope these recipes can inspire your menu for holidays, dinner parties, or even weeknight meals.

Recipe:
1 lb pasta, I used rigatoni
2 small zucchini, cut into rounds then quarters
1 cup roasted corn, I use pre-roasted frozen corn, thawed.
1 can (15 oz) cannellini beans, drained
1 red bell pepper or 1 cup mini peppers, sliced
4 oz feta cheese, crumbled
⅓ cup green olives, chopped. I used castelvetrano
2-3 cups arugula
Ken’s Simply Vinaigrette Lemon Dressing
Ken’s Simply Vinaigrette Greek Dressing
Salt & pepper

1. Prepare the pasta as instructed on the package. Drain and set aside
2. Preheat the oven to 425 F. Add the quartered zucchini to a baking dish and toss with 2 tbsp of Ken’s Simply Lemon Vinaigrette with a pinch of salt. Bake or air-fry for about 25 minutes on the top rack
3. Once the zucchini is ready, add it to a large mixing bowl with the cooked pasta, roasted corn, white beans, feta cheese, olives, sliced peppers, and arugula.
4. In a small bowl, combine ¼ cup of the Ken’s Simply Vinaigrette Lemon + ¼ cup of the Ken’s Simply Vinaigrette Greek. Mix well and toss with the pasta. Season with salt & pepper as needed
5. Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 4 days.
