We’re just a few days away from Passover, so i’m rounding up 20+ healthy passover desserts to make this holiday! I know it’s just 10 days, but we all need some delicious options for when that sweet tooth hits!

Most of these recipes are suitable for both Sephardic and Ashkenaz Jews, or can be modified to leave out the kitniyot- a Hebrew term that groups the foods that Ashkenaz Jews avoid during passover, including rice, legumes, and seeds. Just be sure to use certified kosher for passover ingredients, depending on what you follow in your home!

Whether you’re observing the holiday or not, these naturally gluten-free desserts are so delicious, you wouldn’t even know they’re kosher for passover.

Common substitutions

Coconut sugar: if kosher for Passover coconut sugar is harder to find, you can substitute equal parts light brown sugar.

Tahini: if you would like to make a recipe kitniyot free, almond butter would be a good substitute in the s’mores blondies or the shake! The tahini chocolate chip cookies are the same as the almond flour chocolate chip cookies, so I suggest following that recipe!

If you’re looking for savory dishes, be sure to check out my 20+ Kosher for Passover Healthy Meal Ideas.

1 lb pasta, I used rigatoni
2 small zucchini, cut into rounds then quarters
1 cup roasted corn, I use pre-roasted frozen corn, thawed.
1 can (15 oz) cannellini beans, drained
1 red bell pepper or 1 cup mini peppers, sliced
4 oz feta cheese, crumbled
