2024 Recipe Recap- Reader Favorites!

Another year of delicious recipes! This recipe recap highlights some of my most popular recipes of 2024.

2024 was another great year filled with delicious, nourishing recipes. Food really is the universal love language, and nothing makes me happier than seeing my recipes being made in your homes for your families and friends.

I truly appreciate all of the support, comments, likes and messages I receive on the daily on my blog and social media. Without you all, this page wouldnt exist!

As we head into a new year, I wanted to highlight some of my most popular recipes of 2024 that reached millions of viewers worldwide. I’m so excited to bring you even more delicious recipes this year, and can’t wait to see you all cook something nutritious. 🤍

An observational study of over 2800 older adults found that people who eat, on average, about 50 grams of guacamole or 70 grams of fresh avocado in a day have better cognitive function than non-consumers. The Avocado Nutrition Center supported this analysis based upon the NHANES survey data using 24-hour dietary recalls.
