In just a couple of days, Jews will be celebrating Shavuot, a Jewish holiday celebrating the giving of the Torah (Old Testament) on Mount Sinai. During Shavuot, its a custom to eat TONS of dairy food. I’m talking cheesy pastas, pastries, cheese cakes, cheese dips and everything you can imagine.
