Salmon with Herb Yogurt Sauce

I’m all about fresh, simple recipes once spring and summer roll around, and I always find myself craving more herby recipes with lean proteins. This air-fried salmon with herb yogurt sauce is the perfect effortless meal.

The marinade is made from a mix of herbs, labneh (yogurt), olive oil and lemon juice that get blended in a food processor then served over browned salmon fillets. This recipe is a delicious way to use up any herbs you have in your fridge, and comes together in minutes!

Blend the marinade

In a small food processor or blender, add in the herbs, yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, and salt. Pulse or blend until the mixture is thick and creamy. You can add a little more water as needed.

Air-fry the salmon

Season the salmon with salt, pepper, oregano and olive oil. Air fry on 400 F for 10 minutes, or bake on 400 F for 12-15 minutes.

This marinade is so delicious with salmon, but can also be used for tofu, vegetables or your favorite protein. The herb yogurt sauce is fresh, zesty and full of flavor. It’s a definite crowd please for your next gathering.
