Season the salmon with salt, pepper and the oregano. Drizzle lightly with olive oil.
Air fry the salmon on 400 F for 10 minutes, or bake on 400 F for 12-15 minutes.
While the salmon cooks, prepare the herb yogurt sauce. Add the herbs to a small food processor or blender with the labneh, olive oil, lemon juice, and salt. If needed, add 2-3 tbsp of water to help blend.
Once the salmon is ready, serve over the yogurt herb sauce. Top with a drizzle of honey and extra lemon juice
