Cauliflower wings have been a favorite of mine for so long! I’ve been making my sweet & spicy cauliflower and BBQ cauliflower bites forever, but thought it was time to make some classic buffalo cauliflower wings!
These little vegan bites are the perfect appetizer or snack for both meat eaters and non meat eaters.

Since my other cauliflower wing recipes required individually dipping the florets in egg and breadcrumbs, I wanted to create a recipe that was not only vegan, but easy to throw together.
Guys, this recipe could not be any simpler!
Chop your cauliflower, toss them all in the batter in one big bowl, bake them and mix in your sauce!

Do these taste like actual wings? No, lets be real.
But these cauliflower wings are a fun way to eat more veggies! They’re so delicious as a snack, appetizer or side dish. I love pairing them with my favorite ranch or greek yogurt sauce.
They have the perfect amount of heat, but can be modified if you like things extra spicy.
The key ingredient in these is the Frank’s Red Hot Sauce. I do not suggest using any other hot sauce if you want the classic buffalo sauce taste.

How to make buffalo cauliflower wings:
- Cut your head of cauliflower into florets
- Mix your flour, spices and non-dairy milk in a bowl to create a batter
- Toss your florets into the batter to evenly coat
- Bake and mix together with the sauce!
Super simple, so delicious, and a family favorite!
