Thanksgiving is only a few days away, and i’m rounding up some of my favorite healthier thanksgiving desserts to bring to your holiday table. Whether you’re celebrating with a small crowd or large, your thanksgiving dinner always needs some dessert!
Here are a few common ingredients you’ll find in my recipes:
- Almond flour– I love using fine almond flour, and always stock up on a larger bag since its a lot cheaper!
- Oat flour– while I do prefer buying my oat flour, you can easily make your own by blending quick-oats in a blender until its fine like flour
- Coconut sugar– if a recipe calls for coconut sugar, light brown sugar would be a great substitute if needed
- Pure maple syrup
- Dairy-free chocolate chips + chunks– I love using these allergy-friendly ones in my recipes
Most of these desserts are gluten-free and dairy-free, and are sure to be a hit with the whole family. They’re all linked throughout the post, and again at the bottom! I hope you guys try some of these recipes this holiday season 🙂
1. No-bake Cinnamon Rolls
These no-bake, vegan cinnamon rolls are made from a blend of dates, walnuts, pecans, and cashews. These cinnamon rolls are the perfect frozen treat to keep around, and are topped with the most delicious maple cashew glaze!

2. Pumpkin Blondies
These fudgy pumpkin blondies are so easy to whip up, and truly melt in your mouth. They’re the perfect treat to make with fresh pumpkin puree.

3. Walnut Apple Crisp
One of my absolute favorite fall desserts is apple crisp. You get all the flavors of apple pie, but in a much simpler form. This gluten-free walnut apple crisp is SO easy to make, and pairs perfectly with your favorite vanilla ice cream.

4. Vegan Chocolate Tart
This delicious vegan chocolate tart is the perfect dessert to make for Valentine’s day this year! It’s made with a walnut date crust and has the creamiest four ingredient chocolate filing.

I have honestly made this cake 3 times in the last 2 weeks, because its THAT good. This simple spelt flour carrot cake is so flavorful and moist, and is topped with the most delicious cream cheese icing. It’s a definite crowd pleaser!

6. Almond Flour Chocolate Chip Cookies
These almond flour chocolate chip cookies happen to be the most popular recipe on my blog, and for good reason. They’re soft-baked cookies that are gluten + dairy free, and truly taste like they’re from a bakery!

7. Peach Crumble
The best vegan and gluten-free peach crumble! Made with fresh peaches and an oat flour topping, and tastes delicious with some vanilla ice cream.

8. Pumpkin Snickerdoodles
Gluten-free pumpkin snickerdoodles combine the best of both worlds- soft baked snickerdoodle cookies with the most delicious pumpkin flavor!

9. Pumpkin Bread with Maple Cream Cheese Frosting
This gluten-free pumpkin bread is perfect as a dessert, but I love it as a sweet fix in the morning with my cup of coffee. It’s topped with a delicious maple cream cheese glaze, and made gluten-free with the use of oat flour.

10. Brownie Cookie Pie, aka Brookie Pie
Last, but most certainly not least, this brownie cookie pie truly has the best of both worlds. Fudgy brownie base topped with a gluten-free chocolate chip cookie- does it get much better? You can serve this up as a pie, or cut into bars, but I highly recommend it be served with vanilla ice cream!

11. Pumpkin Cake Donuts
Dairy-free & gluten-free pumpkin cake donuts! The most delicious baked treats that pack in all that delicious fall flavor, made with simple ingredients and topped off with a maple icing glaze.

12. Apple Crumb Cake
