How to make lemon and herb tuna salad
- Choose your tuna- my favorite tuna to use is albacore tuna in water. Drain your canned tuna, then add it to a bowl and flake it using a fork
- Chop your veggies and herbs. This recipe calls for red onion, celery, dill, parsley, scallions and lemon zest
- Mix all the ingredients together with the tuna, including the herbs, a little mayonnaise, and dijon mustard
- Serve right away or refrigerate for up to 5 days
