A round-up of my favorite vegetable side dishes for Thanksgiving, or any time of year! I truly believe thanksgiving is all about the sides since they bring so much variety to the meal and can be made in so many ways.

These harissa roasted vegetables are one of my go-to side dish when I want something flavorful and easy to whip up. They’re tender and spicy, and pair well with a creamy tahini sauce!
