The holidays are right around the corner, and these fruit & nut snack jars are the perfect little gift for your foodie friends + coworkers! This post was made in partnership with Natural Delights Medjool Dates, but all opinions are my own.

Fruit & Nut Snack Jars

Mini Snack Jars

If you’re a long time follower you know that I’m a huge snacker, and always have a variety of foods in my pantry to throw together little snack plates. These mini fruit & nut jars are my ideal snack combination because they’re sweet, salty, and offer a variety of flavors and nutrients

The mini jars are adorable and can be repurposed for other uses. They truly make for the perfect little gifts for your coworkers or friends.

For these jars, I combined walnuts, roasted cashews, and my favorite date-based sweets from Natural Delights. Their Truffles and Mini Medjools are a pantry staple in our house, and always hit the spot for something sweet.

Natural Delights Truffles & Mini Medjools

The Natural Delights® truffles come in Chocolate Blueberry, Dark Chocolate Probiotic, and Chocolate Cherry flavors. They’re one of my favorite healthy snacks when I’m craving something decadent, yet packed with antioxidants, fiber and potassium.

The mini medjools are made from only medjool dates, nuts, and coconut, and are the perfect boost of energy for an afternoon pick-me up. I even got a chance to see them being made first-hand during my trip to Yuma, Arizona a few months ago!

Combined with the roasted nuts, these snack jars offer heart healthy omega-3 fats, fiber and a delicious balance of nutrients that still feels indulgent.

I love the sweet and salty combination, and personally would be thrilled to receive these as a gift from a loved one.

Fruit & Nut Snack Jars

What you’ll need to make mini holiday fruit & nut snack jars

  • Glass jars- I used these small jars with spoons
  • Natural Delights® Mini Medjools– both the Coconut and Cacao Pecan flavor
  • Natural Delights® Truffles in all three flavors
  • Roasted cashews
  • Walnuts

Layer everything in your mini jars, write a custom note, and give the gift of snacking!

These fruit & nut jars are easy to make, so delicious, and packed with nutrients. They would even make a great take home gift at your next holiday party. I hope you guys try them!

Thank you to Natural Delights for sponsoring this post. I only work with brands I truly love and believe in.
