Furikake Salmon
Furikake salmon is a simple recipe to make for dinner. Serve it over rice with some cucumbers in chili oil and fresh avocado for an easy, wholesome dinner.
The salmon comes out sweet and savory, baked in a marinade made of mayo, soy sauce, maple syrup, furikake and garlic. It takes only 5 minutes of prep time, and is a flavor-packed recipe the whole family can enjoy.

What is Furikake?
Furikake is a Japanese seasoning blend typically made with sesame seeds, dried seaweed, salt, sugar, and sometimes dried fish flakes. It’s designed to sprinkle over rice—but it also happens to be incredible on salmon.
When baked, the sesame seeds toast up and the seaweed gets crisp. It’s a delicious topping for this salmon recipe.
