Prepare the marinade by whisking together the mayonnaise, soy sauce, maple syrup, garlic and furikake seasoning.
Place the salmon into a small baking dish. Pour the marinade over the salmon, flipping it over to coat it fully.
Bake the fish for 12-15 minutes, setting it under the broiler for 2 minutes at the end to brown. Bigger, larger pieces may need a few more minutes of bake time. Spoon the sauce over the fish once ready.
