Furikake Salmon

Ingredients

  • 1.2-1.5 lbs salmon
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise, or substitute olive oil
  • 1 tbsp furikake seasoning
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 clove garlic minced

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 F
  2. Prepare the marinade by whisking together the mayonnaise, soy sauce, maple syrup, garlic and furikake seasoning.
  3. Place the salmon into a small baking dish. Pour the marinade over the salmon, flipping it over to coat it fully.
  4. Bake the fish for 12-15 minutes, setting it under the broiler for 2 minutes at the end to brown. Bigger, larger pieces may need a few more minutes of bake time. Spoon the sauce over the fish once ready.
