Honey Dill Salmon

Instructions

Prep the marinade

In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, dill, and a pinch of salt and pepper. If you’re a garlic lover, add a bit of minced garlic or a dash of garlic powder here.

Marinate the salmon

Place the salmon in a medium sized baking dish and season with salt & pepper. Pour the marinade over the fish and let it marinate while you preheat the oven

Cook the salmon

Preheat the oven to 400°F. Bake the fish for about 15-18 minutes, then set the fish under the broiler for 2-3 minutes at the end.

Serving Suggestions

This honey dill salmon pairs beautifully with Cucumber Radish Sumac Salad, Butter Lettuce Salad with Dill Dressing or my Asparagus Quinoa Salad. You can enjoy it as written, or jazz it up a bit with a few modifications like using dry dill, adding more herbs, or adding red pepper flakes for a kick.

It’s the kind of recipe that feels gourmet but takes little effort. Whether it’s a busy weeknight or a relaxing weekend dinner, this dish will quickly become one of your go-to recipes.
