2tbspof water, or more if needed or sub coconut milk

Directions
In a small blender or food processor, add the sauce ingredients and blend until smooth. You can also use an immersion blender for this step. Taste and adjust salt as needed. Add 1-2 tbsp more liquid as needed to thin the sauce out.
Add the shredded kale, lettuce and remaining salad ingredients to a large bowl. Toss with the dressing and mix well.
