Ingredients

Directions
Preheat the oven to 425 F
Peel the carrots and cut them on a diagonal into 2" pieces
Add them to sheet pan and toss with the olive oil, date syrup and seasonings.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Top with a light drizzle of date syrup before serving.
