Thanksgiving is only a few days away, and I’m rounding up some of my favorite Thanksgiving sides and desserts to bring to your holiday table. Whether you’re celebrating with a small crowd or large, these recipes are perfect for your holiday meal.
These recipes may not all be traditional holiday recipes, but they’re simple to make, and a perfect way to add some nutritious flavor to your holiday. From roasted veggies, to wild rice salads to pumpkin bars, there’s something for everyone at the table!
Thanksgiving Sides
1. Maple Dijon Roasted Carrots
These simple maple dijon roasted carrots are sweet and savory, and a delicious way to eat more veggies.

2. Za’atar Smashed Potatoes
Za’atar smashed potatoes are crispy, zesty, and have the perfect middle eastern touch. These may not be a traditional thanksgiving side, but they’re so good with a homemade chipotle tahini.

3. Arugula Farro Salad

These sliced roasted potatoes are the perfect side dish for Thanksgiving! Lightly seasoned with a few simple spices and baked until golden and tender.

6. Wild Rice Salad
A colorful wild rice salad loaded with all the delicious flavors! Wild rice, crunchy walnuts, roasted sweet potatoes and the creamiest green goddess tahini dressing come together to form this delicious dish.

7. Vegan Pumpkin Pasta
This Creamy Pumpkin Pasta Sauce is filled with veggies! It’s dairy-free and made from coconut milk, pumpkin puree, roasted veggies and delicious spices.

8. Miso Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Crispy Miso Roasted Brussels Sprouts! The delicious miso marinade adds the perfect sweet and salty kick to these brussels sprouts, and comes together so easily.

9. Chili Garlic Green Beans
Spicy Chili Garlic Green Beans is one of my favorite side dishes! They’re lightly pan-fried then tossed in a spicy chili sauce, then garnished with green onions, sesame seeds and slivered almonds for an added crunch.

10. Whole Roasted Cauliflower
Flavorful Whole Roasted Cauliflower seasoned with a few simple spices and topped with the most delicious turmeric tahini sauce. It’s the perfect side dish to serve to your family and friends!

11. Kale & Pear Salad
Fall-inspired Kale Salad with Roasted Sweet Potatoes and Sliced Pears. This salad is loaded with feel-good ingredients, and can even be made a couple of days in advance for an easy meal prep!

Thanksgiving Desserts
1. Spelt Flour Carrot Cake

These rich and decadent Gluten-Free Tahini Brownies are the perfect chocolate dessert! They’re dairy-free, protein rich, and have the fudgiest chocolate texture.

6. Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Cake Bars
These gluten-free Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bars are the perfect fall treat. They’re made with oat flour and almond flour, and lightly sweetened with coconut sugar.

7. S’mores Fudge Bars
